1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions apply to all learners, visitors, and users of the FitIQ Education website and services. By enrolling on a course or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Course Enrolment

• You must meet the specified entry requirements for each course.

• Your enrolment is confirmed only once full payment (or a deposit, where applicable) has been received and acknowledged by FitIQ Education.

• We reserve the right to request proof of ID, qualifications, or experience relevant to the course.

3. Payment Terms

• All course fees must be paid in full before the course start date unless an instalment plan has been agreed.

• Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or any other approved method.

• Late or missed payments may result in suspension from the course.

4. Course Delivery

• Courses may be delivered online, in-person, or as a blended format. Details will be provided upon enrolment.

• FitIQ Education reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course content, tutors, or delivery methods.

  5. Assessments and Certification

  • Learners are assessed through a combination of coursework, theory exams, and practical evaluations.

  • All assessments must be completed and passed before a certificate can be issued.

  • Certification will be issued as soon as possible after course completion and final marking.

6. Learner Conduct

• Learners are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during all training sessions and communications.

• Misconduct, plagiarism, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without a refund.

7. Website Use

• All content on the FitIQ Education website is the intellectual property of FitIQ or its partners.

• You may not copy, distribute, or misuse any content without permission.

8. Data Protection

• We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected and used.

• By enrolling, you consent to the use of your data for course administration and communication purposes.

9. Liability

• While we aim to provide high-quality training, FitIQ Education is not liable for job placements or employment outcomes.

• We are not responsible for losses resulting from delays, interruptions, or changes in course delivery.

10. Partner Programmes and Work Experience

• Opportunities to work with our partner organisations (e.g., Les Mills, Enhance Fitness) may be available but are not guaranteed.

• FitIQ Education may offer work experience placements through schools and partners, subject to availability and learner suitability.

11. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Learners will be notified of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Uk. Where applicable, local laws in the UAE may also apply.
