What types of courses do you offer?
At FitIQ Education, we offer blended learning courses that combine online computer-based training with scheduled in-person practical days, designed to help you get the most from your learning experience. Each course follows a structured timetable with set dates. Some courses, like Instructing Studio Cycling, are delivered entirely face-to-face to ensure full practical engagement.
Are the courses certified?
Yes, all our courses are UK-regulated and fully certified. We deliver recognised qualifications to learners and partners across both the UK and UAE, ensuring consistent, high-quality standards within the fitness industry. Our goal is to help raise the bar and support ongoing development for professionals at every stage of their journey.
What happens if im referred and don't pass?
If you’re referred and don’t pass an element of your assessment, don’t worry—there are options available. You’ll be deferred onto the next available assessment dates within your course schedule. If those dates aren’t suitable, an independent assessment can be arranged at a later time; however, please note this may incur an additional fee. Our team will support you through the process to help you succeed.
How do I enrol in a course?
To enrol, simply visit our Course page. UK-based courses are listed under the UK courses, and UAE-based courses under the UAE courses. Choose your preferred course, then from the drop-down menu, select your desired date and location. Add the course to your basket, complete the FitIQ Education enrolment form, and proceed with payment to secure your place.
Do I need experience before joining and how old do I need to be?
Most of our courses don’t require formal qualifications, but we do recommend having some experience in a gym or class setting so you’re familiar with the environment. At FitIQ Education, we want to make sure you’re choosing the right course for your goals, so if you’re unsure, please reach out and we’ll be happy to advise you.
The minimum age to enrol on our courses is 16.
What is blended learning?
Blended learning combines both online and face-to-face training. You’ll follow a clear structure that includes interactive online study days alongside in-person practical sessions. This approach helps you build both theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills, giving you a well-rounded learning experience to become a more confident and capable instructor.
Online days are delivered via Zoom, so please ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to a computer, laptop, or tablet before enrolling.
Will I need to fill out any forms?
Yes, before completing your payment, you’ll be asked to submit a brief health form to ensure you’re ready for undertaking the course. Along with providing photo ID and any prerequisite ID also.
Can I change or cancel my course booking?
Course changes or cancellations are subject to our terms and conditions. Please contact our support team for assistance.
