How it works
Before, during and after
01
Before
No pre course study to complete. Just bring your coaching background (see who qualifies below). If there’s Heroboard near you, get along and immerse yourself in it beforehand.

During
Hands on training in the method with your tutors, learning the repertoire, cueing and how to deliver it. [Format and length to confirm.]

After
You certify to teach Heroboard, and get ongoing support and CPD to keep developing in the method.

Who it's for
Qualified Movement Professionals
Heroboard is a professional credential, not a beginner course. To join, you’ll need to meet at least one of these:
- A current certification in a fitness, movement or mind body discipline (Pilates, personal training, yoga, group fitness, barre and so on), or
- At least six months of professional experience instructing or coaching in a fitness or movement setting
You should also be able to demonstrate
- A foundational understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics
- The ability to cue safely and effectively
- Awareness of injury prevention, regressions and progressions
- A professional coaching presence and strong communication

Do I need a qualification first?
either a current minimum level 2 certification in a movement discipline, or at least six months of coaching experience.
