Assessment includes both formative and summative components: practical teaching evaluations, a written workbook, and a multiple-choice exam in anatomy and physiology. Throughout the course, you’ll receive continuous support and guidance from your tutor to ensure your success every step of the way.
This diploma includes both one-on-one and group instruction, with a strong focus on the original 34 Pilates exercises and their tailored modifications. Whether you’re working with beginners or advanced practitioners, you’ll learn to adapt techniques to suit every ability and goal.

Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this course, making it accessible to anyone with a passion for Pilates and a desire to teach at a professional level. However, we highly recommend attending a few Pilates classes beforehand to build familiarity with the method and terminology.
Once enrolled, you’ll gain full access to a range of resources, including video library, including live & recorded classes, and Tutors who will support you every step of the way – a great way to enhance your learning from day one.
This is a demanding and in-depth course, so be prepared to commit time and energy. Success requires dedication, consistent study, and an eagerness to grow. You’ll also need to commit to attending all course dates across the three modules to ensure you get the most out of the training and meet the qualification requirements.
