During your training, you will cover:

Supporting clients who take part in exercise and physical activity
Health, safety and welfare in a fitness environment
Principles of exercise, fitness and health
Principles of Pilates matwork
Programming Pilates matwork
Instructing Pilates matwork
Optional additional unit: Applying the principles of nutrition to a physical activity programme

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this course, making it accessible to anyone with a passion for Pilates and a desire to teach at a professional level. However, we highly recommend attending a few Pilates classes beforehand to build familiarity with the method and terminology.

Once enrolled, you’ll gain full access to a range of resources, including video library, including live & recorded classes, and Tutors who will support you every step of the way – a great way to enhance your learning from day one.

This is a demanding and in-depth course, so be prepared to commit time and energy. Success requires dedication, consistent study, and an eagerness to grow. You’ll also need to commit to attending all course dates across the three modules to ensure you get the most out of the training and meet the qualification requirements.
