Payment Requirement:
A deposit is required before the course starts to secure your enrolment and access to learning materials. All remaining payments must be completed before the course is finished to ensure your qualification can be awarded. Full payment can also be made online at checkout.

Refund Information:
Once course materials have been sent and opened, we are unable to issue a refund. If you are paying in installments, you are still required to make full payment in accordance with this refund policy. We understand that paying for a course upfront may not always be possible. We are committed to helping you find the best payment method so that financial constraints do not prevent you from achieving your qualifications.
