Fast-track your fitness career with our combined Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer course bundle. Start with your foundational Level 2 qualification, take a short break, and then transition straight into your Level 3 training. This intensive pathway is ideal for those looking to progress quickly into the fitness industry.
While we don’t typically recommend fast-tracking—since building real-world experience between qualifications is valuable—if you choose this option, we offer a range of CPD courses to help you gain extra skills, confidence, and industry insight along the way.
As part of the course is delivered online, all learners will need a stable internet connection and access to a PC, laptop, or tablet with a working webcam.

For this combined Level 2 & 3 course, you’ll be assessed through a mix of coursework, theory exams, and practical observations.
At Level 2, you’ll complete written tasks, group-based practical activities, and an online multiple-choice theory exam covering anatomy, physiology, and fitness.
Upon successful completion, you’ll move into Level 3, where you’ll complete two additional online theory exams focusing on applied anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. Practical assessments throughout the course include client consultations, personal training sessions, and advanced training techniques.
A final practical assessment day will require you to deliver a structured session, introduce equipment safely, and evaluate your delivery. All Level 2 assessments must be passed before progressing to Level 3.
Entry Requirements
To enrol on this bundle, you must be at least 16 years old and have a basic level of English and numeracy skills. While no previous fitness qualifications are required, some experience in a gym environment or a keen interest in fitness is recommended. You’ll need a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the motivation to work both independently and as part of a team.
