Our assessments combine the flexibility of online learning with the value of in-person practical evaluation. During the assessment day, you’ll demonstrate your ability to apply the BWL Teaching Method and guide a beginner through the Olympic lifts with competence and confidence.
You’ll also be assessed on the BWL Level 1 Assistance Exercises, Back Squat, Press, and Deadlift, using the structured BWL Teaching Process.
